Bar & Bat Mitzva Registration Form

The Bar/Bat Mitzvah journey is a special right and privilege for your child. Chabad Jewish Center of Holmdel provides an incredible experience as your child discovers Jewish life in preparation for this special milestone and beyond.

In order to ensure that your child is ready to celebrate their bar/bat mitzvah in a meaningful way, an integral aspect to the Chabad Jewish Center of Holmdel Bar/Bat Mitzvah program is to attend Chabad Hebrew School.

After filling this form, please do not place a deposit for venue or set an exact date before discussing and confirming the date with the Rabbi.

Fee schedule:

Fee includes having the Rabbi officiate at your service. Plus a Pair of Tefillin for the Bar Mitzva Boy (valued at $650)

50% will be charged upon registration and 50% will be charged 1 month prior the Bar/Bat Mitzvah.

Bat Mitzvah $1000
Bar Mitzvah $1500

Private Bar and Bat Mitzvah training $60 per session with Rabbi Shmaya or Rochi Galperin, (fee is paid directly to them). Each session is 45 minutes and takes place at Chabad. Depending on the service type and program, expect about 15 - 20 lessons.
